CraveHub is a gadget and technology discovery platform that aggregates publicly available content from third-party sources including Reddit, Hacker News, Kickstarter, and tech publications. We use AI to classify and rank content.

We do not sell, manufacture, or endorse any products featured on the platform. All product links lead to third-party websites.

3. User accounts

You may create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service

5. Third-party content

CraveHub aggregates content from third-party sources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or websites. Links to external sites are provided for convenience only.

Product pricing, availability, and descriptions are sourced automatically and may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify information directly with the seller or manufacturer.

6. Intellectual property

The CraveHub name, logo, and original content are owned by CraveHub. Aggregated third-party content remains the property of its original creators and is subject to their respective licences.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraveHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
